2. Scope
This notice covers the public site, contact and trial requests, and the DailyDoc product surfaces at a high level. Practice data processing is additionally governed by contracts and instructions.
3. Website access
Hosting necessarily processes technical log data for secure delivery and abuse prevention under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs should normally be deleted after 14 days unless a security incident requires longer retention.
4. Contact and tablet trial
We process contact, practice and delivery data to handle the request, verify the business, prepare a contract and arrange shipping under Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Unconverted enquiries should normally be deleted after six months, subject to legal retention duties.
5. Cookies and device access
The marketing site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary session and security data are used only to provide the requested service under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.
6. Video provider
Mux may be used for storage, transcoding and video delivery in product surfaces. Roles, locations, retention and any international-transfer safeguards must remain consistent with the DPA, subprocessor list and product notice.
7. Recipients and transfers
Recipients only receive data as required for hosting, communication, shipping, device management, video delivery or law. Transfers outside the EEA require an adequacy decision or Article 46 GDPR safeguards.
